We had great fun and even a sugar high in NeoDyne on Wednesday, 16th March, when we held a cake sale in all our offices – Cork, Dublin, Galway and Kilkenny – to raise vital funds for the Irish Red Cross Ukraine Appeal.
Like so many, we’ve been shocked by the scenes in Ukraine and have been desperate to find a way to do more. With countless lives torn apart by violence and trauma, we felt compelled to help in some small way. So, we pulled out our mixers, threw on our aprons, and harnessed our love to all things sweet to collect a significant sum for the Irish Red Cross. We collected €3,610 on the day, and with NeoDyne matching that amount, our final tally was a phenomenal €7,220 for this extremely worthy cause.
Thanks to Meabh, Jennifer and Joanne for organising this fantastic event and helping us uncover some hidden talents in our offices. And thanks to all our staff for their very generous contributions. We know it will help provide much-needed aid on the ground in Ukraine.
