System Integration Business Lead (Dublin)

NeoDyne is poised for significant further expansion in the Irish market and is seeking an experienced Business Lead, with Industrial Automation experience, to help drive this growth.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 10 years’ lead engineer experience in Pharmaceutical or Food & Beverage manufacturing who has delivered projects in Process Automation. A background in GAMP 5 and experience with Siemens, Rockwell, AVEVA (Wonderware, System Platform & PI) and Schneider products would be a distinct advantage.

The candidate will need to work closely with the senior NeoDyne management team to devise, develop and implement strategies to grow business and lead cross-functional teams in NeoDyne’s cutting-edge Automation, Data Analytics and MES products and solutions.

This role is a full-time staff position with an excellent salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will be based at NeoDyne’s office in Dublin.

Responsibilities/ Duties

  • Researching and identifying new business opportunities – including growth areas, trends, customers and services or new ways of reaching existing markets.
  • Developing and implementing a marketing strategy to generate leads using your network and specific industry expertise.
  • Identifying and leading tenders for public and private sector opportunities. Working with the NeoDyne Senior Management team to generate tender-winning responses.
  • Cultivating and managing relationships with current and potential customers.
  • Working closely with NeoDyne project teams and automation contractors delivering projects to site.
  • Mentoring and training of the engineering team to deliver results.

Qualifications/ Skills/ Experience

  • Experienced project or engineering manager with a minimum of 10 years’ experience delivering Industrial Automation or other Manufacturing solutions and services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Computer Science / Information Systems or related field.
  • Strong Leadership/People Management skills.
  • A working knowledge of the GAMP software development lifecycle.
  • Experience working with validated Automation systems in the Pharmaceutical or Food Beverage manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated history of pricing and winning competitive tenders.
  • Ability to communicate sophisticated business / technical challenges in a simplified manner to our customers.
  • Ability to promote open communication, establish clear goals and expectations, facilitate collaboration and address conflicts early.
